Original room booked did not have sea views as expected per pictures on website however management changed to a better (more expensive room) as not busy at no additional cost.

The secure parking was convenient. The breakfast was superb with delicious daily specials. The hotel rooms were neat and had baths. The location in Camps Bay district was favorable, close to food stores, bars, restaurants, and the seaside.

Good location. Excellent views if you are on the seaside. Internet access (not always a given in South Africa). Friendly proprietor and staff.
Would like a few more amenities; be happy to pay for them: bottle of water every day in room (not just the first day), maybe an honor bar with beer and wine for purchase in the 'breakfast room' (which is very much under-utilized the rest of the day). Last thing: the doors in the facility bang way too loudly. This happens even when the famous wind is not blowing off the 12 Apostles mountains.

No telephone in the room - a hotel of this class should have them particularly as they a high % of overseas guests.

The room had fantastic views of the ocean and mountains. The location was perfect, in a really nice area, not far from the Camps Bay promenade and restaurants, as well as downtown restaurants. It was just a 5-minute drive from Bakoven Beach.
